Wasn't feeling up to it at all yesterday, had a sleep and woke up feeling shivery and feverish so thought I would give it a miss. Think perhaps I am working too much at the moment.. been doing heaps of hours that I'm not really used to.. late nights-early mornings so think it might take me a little while to settle into a routine.. but I will get there! Am planning for Chest and Shoulders tomorrow between shifts so fingers crossed!!! Just sorted out a bar and some weights to use at home with my bench for days that I cant get in the gym, hopefully that will help!!! xx | |

They suck ass, but it's not forever, I just find if I'm doing these shifts everyday it's hard to get the time to cook etc alongside training and travelling to and fro. But that's not an excuse, just a minor altercation. Next week I will be on track and sorted. Just need the weekend to organise. Oh and it's lame but I just work as a waitress in a posh hotel brasserie.... easy enough, just silly hours. I took the job on when I was at college and decided to stick at it rather then get a proper 9-5 for a while! As for my training, I always manage to fit that into my schedule, so no real problems there.... Thank god!Actually starting to see results even though I've not been on it 100% so I'm expecting to see a difference after a whole week of dieting and training and will post updates!!!! K x |
