A little non training update: I booked my driving test last night for the end of October! So watch out all you drivers, Mr Tickle and I are gonna be on the road soooooon!!! LOL I have been training on and off, although not regularly, trying to fit everything in with lessons is becoming a bit of a nightmare :( Last session was back, and again, the squat rack was hogged again, so no deadlifts. AGAIN ![]() I think I'm gonna change gyms soon, it's driving me nuts! Update again soon x |

But on the plus side, I had a giggle at thing young guy just about doing every bicep curl imaginable and he did that for the whole session I was in there! Hahaha... stupid boy! |

Sorry I've not been around much recently, have still been training, my internet got cut off for some bizarre reason, apparently unknown to BT and won't be back on til the 29th ![]() But still.... I've been progressing well on chest, can bench 30kg now with a barbell, which is fab for me! 25kg on DB.... which is more like it! ![]() Rest of me is pretty much the same ![]() LOL Gonna put some new pics up in the next few weeks... as I've got (this is for you megatron) RECHARGEABLE BATTERIES for my camera now! Grip failed massively last night, don't know why, could barely hold on to the bar doing close grip pulldowns, a little frustrating to say the least! Still just about managed Warm up - assisted pull ups Deadlifts - bar only Deadlifts 12 @ 50kg 10 @ 60kg 8 @ 60kg - could definitely do more, but my iccle hands couldn't hold on any longer! Assist Pullups 12 @ 35kg 10 @ 35kg 6 @ 30kg Seated Row 12 @ 28kg 10 @ 28kg 8 @ 33kg Close Grip Pulldowns 6 @ 42kg 6 @ 42kg ![]() ![]() GRIP FAILED!!!!! AAAAARRRRRRGH!Standing Bicep Curls 3 x 10 @ 7kg Then some ab work..... yay! Feel nice this morning, got the slight hint of DOMS which is good! I miss not being able to get to the gym so much! |
