Hey everyone thanks for stopping by to say hi over the last few days.

Sorry I've not really been around that much, have been busy being poorly with an ear infection and being really skint! :(

But anyways... because of lack of money I haven't really trained either, shocking really but went back in last night, bloody £40.00 gym membership nearly cried when the lady said my student one had expired!

Did back and biceps, still just about managed my 60kg deadlift, although my grip was not as good as the last session in the gym but I am pleased that I haven't taken too many steps back. Didn't push myself too hard either, just enough. Can feel the warm ache of DOMS coming on in my upper and lower back and when I tense my forearms (hopefully this means my grip will be a little better next week! I HOPE!) Pleasantly satisfying!

On a personal note, I finally got my kitten and although I can't work out if it's male or female, it's great fun, 8 weeks old and has just learned how to run at full speed around our lounge, very funny! Other than that, back at work, driving most days now so hopefully my instructor wont be too long in saying I can put in for my test! Woohoo! Watch out world!

Anyway, I guess thats enough of an update for y'all!

Captain Hero is down with here this weekend I believe although the bugger has WIMPED OUT of training.... lightweight!

Yeah, there are loads more too!!! It was me and 3 mates I work at the nightclub with, the first night we were there we got absolutely steaming to the point where just as we were about to go to bed the girl I was sharing with spewed outside

next thing I know Im lying on the floor in the tent her on top of me, saying to me "Chris, why are we on the floor, why are we not in sleeping bags and why are we both naked?!"

Neither of us remembers anything that happened!!!

it was an awesome 3 nights

Appreciate you stopping by!

Yeah I've not been as hot on it as I normally am... being poorly took the drive out of me a little....

But I just ordered an upright bike for my house so I can get up and do am cardio in the comfort and warmth of my own lounge, rather than having to get up and go outside in the cold and normally rain!

Update:

Well nothing really to report otherwise, other than.....

MY BIKE ARRIVED LAST NIGHT!

Was up at 6am doing 30 mins before breakfast, only then to get out of the shower to find that the milk had gone off so couldn't have my scrambled eggs for breaky... had to settle for a scoop of protein

And then I've gone and ruined it all by having a pot noodle for lunch

Couldn't face eating a tin of tuna and cabbage (it's all I had!)....

Well anyway! Gym tonight. Boobies and arms!

keep it up yoyo, i know the feeling on the tuna, i loved tuna at one time, now i feel like i m eating sweaty socks, its a struggle some days. ( not that i have tryed eating swaety socks)
as for the exercise bike i only ever did the treadmill untill last week, i expected the bike not to do it for me, but its had me swaeting my B******s of i start on the treadmill now and finish on the bike.

Boobies and tri's last night

And yay I've got a training partner now!

Did BB bench press for the first time last night, feels weird, but could defo feel it in my chesticles...loved it. Think I'm gonna alternate this with a DB press...

Anyway so:

BB Flat Bench Press
12 - 10kg
10 - 20kg
8 - 20kg
6 - 20kg

DB Flat Bench press
12 - 25kg
10 - 25kg
10 - 25kg
8 - 25kg
Why can I lift more using DB rather than BB?? I thought it was meant to be the other way around?!!!!

DB Pullover
15 - 12.5kg
15 - 12.5kg
15 - 12.5kg

DB Flyes
12 - 7kg
12 - 7kg
8 - 7kg

By this time triceps were hammered but I managed a few rope extensions to finish them off completely...

LOL

Was funny, me and my new training buddy Ange (she's great!) were having a ball! Before the gym got really busy we looked like those women you see swimming next to each other, going up and down the pool side by side chatting... but doing weights! Hahaha, was hilarious! Love it...

Then did 30 mins mixed intensity on the cross trainer... and just chatted! LOL... was great.

Anyway... this took a while so time to get on the bike!!!

I think the barbell weighs 20kilo's don't forget that. I switched from the dumbbell to barbel for bicep curls and just added the weight I used from the dumbbells it was harder than ever to say the least.

I'm really not sure how much barbells weight, I always thought they were 10kg

If it's 20 then fab, I'm lifting heaps more than I thought.. if not then that's not so good! LOL

TRAINING UPDATE

Legs last night

Some fcukin idiots hogged the squat rack the whole time I was there, doing supersets on shoulders... not necessary IMO... well pi$$ed off because it meant I couldn't do any squats!!!!

So anyway

Warm up- Seated leg press

Seated leg press
12 @ 97kg
12 @ 106kg
10 @ 115kg PB
10 @ 115kg

DB Lunges
12 @ 20kg
12 @ 20kg
12 @ 20kg

Leg Extension
12 @ 28kg
10 @ 36kg
9 @ 42kg

Lying Leg Curl
12 @ 30kg
12 @ 30kg
10 @ 30kg

Seated Calf Raise
15 @ 97kg PB
15 @ 97kg
10 @97kg

Could have done more on the leg press I think... will aim for better next time!!!!

Still peeved that I couldn't do any squats but I will just have to assert myself a bit more in the gym and ask them to MOVE THE FCUK OFF!!!!!

Hey sweetie!!

The kitten is a pain in the ar$se - but he's adorable!!!!

LOL

Diet isn't going well due to serious lack of funding now... beyond ridiculous! Have run out of protein, glutamine and can't buy the amount of eggs/chicken I need to replace what I'm missing on the shakes.

Other than that- I'm determined not to let it stop me so still doing am cardio most mornings. Just got back from the gym today. Did shoulders and abs + 45 mins cardio...

Got another PB on shoulder press 16kg for 8 which is great for me! LOL

Quite happy.. still got major doms from my leg session :( Not good!

Hey everyone, sorry it's been a while!

A little non training update:

I booked my driving test last night for the end of October! So watch out all you drivers, Mr Tickle and I are gonna be on the road soooooon!!!

LOL

I have been training on and off, although not regularly, trying to fit everything in with lessons is becoming a bit of a nightmare :(

Last session was back, and again, the squat rack was hogged again, so no deadlifts. AGAIN

I think I'm gonna change gyms soon, it's driving me nuts!
