Yeah you are!

I just got off the phone with the loon. Two runs on the same day and one that early, is not natural lol.

Seriously, well done for training hard. Getting up at that time is dedication enough lol.
I used to be up at 5am to train and it does pay off. Maybe I need to start that again lol.

Don't forget what I said. You'll not see huge gains so soon, because you're already in great natural shape. What you want to acheive will come, but with time. Be patient and stay healthy.

You might have a Devilish body, but you also have an Angel face and cute voice to match

Not a big fan of running,find its hard on the joints & also burns to much muscle.

Do get up & go for a good 3 mile power walk @ 5.30-6am tho,takes me about 35-37 mins. great fat burning cv without the muscle loss

I've just started using the cross trainer instead of running.

Has anyone else tried this instead?

I've brought this up now, as it may also help the yo yo. I'm not to hijack the thread lol

Also use a cross trainer on wet days (yeah but it gets rough on these coastal walks lol)
Got it about 5 years ago & still going strong.
I just record a programme i wanna watch & play when im on it,helps the time go much faster

I saw 3 women on the cross trainers at the gym today reading magazines. One upped the pace a bit and the other one said slow down you don't want to get a sweat on and start smelling!! I couldn't help but laugh ;)

Hey guys and girls thanks for the hints! I normally do fairly low intensity cardio... but I like to get the blood pumping so to speak every now and again!

Did a teeny bit of a workout in the 30 mins I had spare between my driving lesson and getting my ass back on the bus to work again!

Was a mix up of Back and shoulders I guess

Pullups
10 35kg assist
10 35kg assist
8 30kg assist

Deadlifts
12 20kg
12 40kg
12 40kg
8 50kg

Single Arm Rows
10 12.5kg PB
10 12.5kg
10 12.5kg

Standing Shoulder Press
10 10kg
10 10kg
10 12kg

Lateral Raises
10 4kg each side
10 4kg
10 4kg

It was about this time I realised I wasn't gonna make it to work unless I skidaddled! LOL(I haven't used that word in ages! That can be my word for the day!)

Feels good to have the very slight ache in my lower back from deads again, haven't been on them as much of late!
