Close grip pulldowns 12 @ 42kg 12 @ 47kg 10 @ 47kg Single Arm Rows 12 @ 10kg - some tool was using the 12.5 for ages and ages and ages! 12 @ 10kg 12 @ 10kg Pullups 12 @ 35kg assist 12 @ 30kg assist 8 @ 30kg assist Seated cable row 12 @ 28kg 12 @ 28kg 10 @ 28kg Rope extension 12 @ 11.25kg 12 @ 11.25kg 6 @ 11.25kg Single Arm Cable Extension 12 @ 3.75kg 12 @ 3.75kg 12 @ 3.75kg Tried some normal pushdowns but they really hurt my wrist... think I hurt it boxing a few nights ago! :( Cardio only tonight I think! They just felt kinda weird, not keen at all...
