Haven't been training much either. Did back and biceps last week... thats been about it :( Been feeling a bit out of sorts of late.. probably nothin, bit stressed I guess. Have been doing some heavy work on the bag for cardio which I'm totally loving at the mo. Gonna try and do this as AM cardio along with some skipping.... Tough though getting up at 5:30am and doing a full day at work! ![]() Training now tomorrow, chest and triceps I think... well looking forward to it!!

As for skipping just have a go... I've got a leather one with wooden handles which means its quite a bit heavier for that extra workout... I normally start off two footed, then into alternate step raising my knees up as high as I can, get the blood pumping etc. Type skipping into Google, I did this when I first started using it to find out what you can do with a rope! OMG!!!!! I can't believe it! (It's only because I'm not in work til 2pm!) Did bag work and skipping and ran home from the garage due to the horrendous rain! Yesterdays session as follows: Chest and biceps (though I'd mix it up a bit!) Flat DB Bench press 18kg 12/12/12 Incine Smith Machine Press 15kg (I am definitely not doing this one again, hated it!) 12/10/8 Incline DB Flys 16kg 12/12/10 DB Straight arm Pullovers 8kg/9kg/10kg 15/15/15 DB Hammer Curls 7kg/8kg 12/12/8 Concentration curls 7kg (Haven't quite got the hang of this one yet!) 12/10/8 It was really noticeable last night how much stonger I feel using my left arm as opposed to my right.... hope that sorts itself out, don't want one big arm and one teeny one! lol Legs tonight!
