Ahhh thanks hun! Thats nice of you to say! tbh though I always think I should be able to lift more! Never satisfied. The whole carb cycling thing is confusing me, have't had any time to sit down and actually work it all out but I gotta few hours to myself tonight to have a look at it tonight so hopefully will be on it next week! Shoulders and chest feeling good though, just slightly achy, great feeling! Was up at 5:45am this morning, went for pre-breakfast cardio. 20 mins round the block, mostly up hill! Have a feeling I'm gonna be very sleepy come 4pm! |

Too many low days IMO .. would only adopt that protocol if I was dieting for a show and had a few last stubborn bits to lose. 4 low, 2 medium and 1 high combined with cardio is sufficient IMO. What's your water intake like? |

Up your cardio? Add in zero days? When it slows down you can take out a medium day to kickstart things again. Just take the time to plan your cycling out a bit more and honestly it will be worth the extra bit of effort ;). Out of interest how many carbs are you taking in? But here's what I did: Warm up 40kg Assist Pullups 3 x 12 BB Deadlifts: (inc bar weight) 1 x 12 @ 30kg 1 x 10 @ 40kg 1 x 8 @ 40kg Assist Pullups: 2 x 10 @ 30kg 1 x 8 @ 30kg Close Grip Pulldowns: 3 x 12 @ 35kg 42 NEXT SESSION Single Arm Rows: 3 x 12 @ 9kg 10KG NEXT SESSION Tricep Cable extension: 3 x 12 @ 3.75 Standing DB Curls: 3 x 10 @ 7kg 8KG NEXT SESSION Tricep Rope Extension: 3 x 12 @ 11.25kg 45 mins cardio Marsbar: Sorry for late reply... tbh I've been sticking to fairly low carbs for the last week, between 50-100g...ish...and eating them early in the day. I will get my a*** in gear at some point and sort it out properly! |

Although there was some chick in the gym making sooooooo much noise! And it was putting me right off! OMG!!! First of all she was making kinda 'whooooosh' noises and proceeded to make really loud kinda groaning noises... and I mean really loud. I could hear her in the changing rooms. No need for it IMO. Was tempted to go and tell her to shut the fcuk up! LOL Next session: FRIDAY! |
