Wouldn't mind losing about 5kg though.. but not too worried either way! Who knows, if I progress well then comps could be something I'll look into in the future.... distant future I might add.. definitely not on the cards at the moment though! |

Just remember at times you may hit a sticking point and the weight may slow down but don't let this put you off keep pushing and the results will come..good luck |

I have found that my journal helps keep me motivated and i try and put lots of detail in mine and use it like a diary. I love putting up a new weight on my journal to show my progression. I also try and take my pictures in the same pose same distance from the camera etc so you can really tell if there is a difference.
