Day 1: Back, Bi's and Tri's Pull Ups Single Arm Row Close Grip Pulldown Deadlifts Standing DB Curls Hammer Curls Tricep Rope Extension Single Arm Tricep Cable Extension Day 2: Quads/ Hamstrings/ Calves Barbell Squats Lunges Deadlifts Lying Leg Curl Leg Extension Seated Calf Raises Day 3: Chest & Shoulders Standing DB Shoulder Press Incline DB press Straight arm DB Pullovers Incline DB Fly Shoulder raise Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!! She is far too young for me and if I did donkey calf raises with her I would be a mess ![]() But keeping on topic, donkey calf raises are one of the best exercises around, if the partner is good, they will use their weight to promote fetigue. Once the person is gone, they hop off and you go solo for a drop set. Feet position can be manipulated to offer maximum benefits. |

To be honest, there is not one person in my gym I'd like to do donkey calf raises with!!!! Wogihao- thanks for that, appreciated With all due respect I'd prefer to use Dumbells instead of Barbells for press exercises etc to avoid any compensation for my weaker muscles (my right bicep for example is slightly weaker than my left!) |

Woooohooooo! No more split shifts after this weekend. I have a feeling that this is gonna make diet and training a hell of a lot easier!!! However gutted that I'm gonna have to train alongside every other tom, dick and harry at 5:30 when its stupidly busy.... About those deadlifts............ ![]() Wish me luck!!!!
