Trained with Magic Torch on Friday. Although he didn't put me through my paces exactly it was a good session, learned a few good techniques etc. So Jamie.. Many thanks! And......... I did my very first DEADLIFT!!!! Yay! And apparently I'm a natural! lol Oh and did proper sqauts too! hahahha. With a bar over my shoulders and everything! I'm feeling quite pleased with myself!! |

| Classic Bodybuilder :) | Re: Baby Yoyo's Journal with pics LOL yeah it was a funny training session I had to train upper body reps so we did that, took a little while getting round as we were chatting a lot and messing about. Showed Kate deads and squats and TBH (not just saying this) her form was great right from the start. Most ppl find deads hard to get right in terms of posture but Kate was bang on first time (must be the teacher hey?) lol Squats I think you had done before tho? I think after throwing these two in your routine you should see some great changes, also the pull ups will help loads too ![]() I think you have a good base to start from and with your diet down and the routine you have you just need to keep it up and you will get great results.
