Well judging by the results and from the last post your technique must be fine - but don't be shy to ask anyone who looks like they know what they're doing to take a quick look at your film. I know sometimes people can seem unsociable in the gym, but when asked for help 99% of serious guys are more than happy to give advice. |

Erm TH&S, what can I say... there's probably some kind of innuendo that I have missed from your comment.. so best not to say anything at all! And finally, Hackskii, Thanks for your comments, I am waiting for someone ;) to show me deadlifts... not keen on figuring them out myself in my gym tbh... but theyre on the cards for sure! Supercell might have some youtube videos of him squatting......... in the gym! Does you gym not have a squat machine. Might be good the first few times to get the feeling of the movement. |
