![]() | 3 months in Hi just wanted to post a progress pic I have started on my weight & muscle gain for aprox 3months, although only getting my eating right about a month ago. I have always been a small build and at 5'8 and 9st 8 at the start you culd say I was scrorny. This is the first pic I have taken now at 10st 7, am pleased with the weight gain but would like some feedback on what you guys think (ignore the hat!) abs could do with some work like, Cheers ![]() |

Good weight gain in short time.You have a soild base so keep training and results will come. if you need help with your diet or training,simply post in the correct sections and you'll get plenty of assistance.
