![]() ![]() | cutting time! Hi all, i've been bulking for 10 weeks and now feel its time to start stripping back, its my anniversary in may and will be going away so want to get in good shape. I will post some pics up in the next few days but my stats at the mo are:- Height - 5ft 10 weight - 93kg BF% - (estimate at around 15-16%) Im using a BSN stack at the mo and finding its helping with my strength, im trying to do it natty this time. Im doin a 3 day split with cardio tues, thurs and sat. for 40 mins each. My diet is the problem, im trying to stick at around 2500 cals as i dont want to lose too much too quick, and i want to preserve the muscle i have got! Im eating often, and having 6-7 meals a day. Any help on Diet would be great. I will post pics up every few weeks and im prepared for the 'harsh' comments as that is what will help me going. ![]() cheers. |
