Your upper body looks better developed than your legs IMO If you don't train legs now then suggest you put them in your routine, squatting and leg press will really help you towards your weight gain goals... Chest, back and traps look fine, maybe a bit more work on uper arm to bring them up... Keep it going.. |

![]() ![]() | Re: New resized pics! If you have just started training them once a week with the pull exercises stay with that for a while, give it time and see how it goes, seems like a solid plan. Triceps are 2/3 of your total arm size, what do you do for them, do you hit them on push day... |

A good PPL routine will serve you well.Your arms are fine and will grow plenty with the stimulus provided from the compound work. As already said,your legs are a weak point so plenty of effort on them - squats,sldl's,calf raises. Eat and rest well and i'm sure you will progress nicely.

incline dumbell press, standing overhead press, upright row or shrugs and finish with tricep press downs with the rope or dips. only do the one exercise for tri's because i think that get a bit of a smashing with the presses! | |
