New resized pics!

new resized pics. any advice?
i'm 6ft and 13st, aiming to get to 15st this year!
just started a push, pull, legs programme and a change in diet

Your upper body looks better developed than your legs IMO
If you don't train legs now then suggest you put them in your routine, squatting and leg press will really help you towards your weight gain goals...
Chest, back and traps look fine, maybe a bit more work on uper arm to bring them up...

What do you suggest for the upper arm?

I used to thrash em, but got told it was to much, so only do standing curls now once a week on pull day.

If you have just started training them once a week with the pull exercises stay with that for a while, give it time and see how it goes, seems like a solid plan.
Triceps are 2/3 of your total arm size, what do you do for them, do you hit them on push day...

Plenty of potential there Shaney.

A good PPL routine will serve you well.Your arms are fine and will grow plenty with the stimulus provided from the compound work.

As already said,your legs are a weak point so plenty of effort on them - squats,sldl's,calf raises.

Eat and rest well and i'm sure you will progress nicely.

Yeah on push days do flat bench,
incline dumbell press, standing overhead press, upright row or shrugs and finish with tricep press downs with the rope or dips.

only do the one exercise for tri's because i think that get a bit of a smashing with the presses!

Only just started doing legs the last month or two.
do alot of running and always thought that would be enough. clearly not!
but have noticed them getting stronger since adding them in.

Good, keep it going, eat plenty, take plenty of rest and you will progress fine..

Oh yeah, one more thing, next time you do a front double bicep shot can you cover your weapon a bit more, put me right of my protein shake!
