| apart from that, at 16 you have a better base to build from than me. just eat more, thats all il say, you seem very imformed on the training side, just eat more. size will come. well done

 | yeh i know have always been a little on the skinny side and its hard to fill the calories in each day.. in time ill get there and im happy with the base build i do have.. its just like watching grass grow and i realise that now so im happy to keep going as i am. |

 | Looking good. Dont worry about weight as you will get this later whether you want it or not (weight). Nice and lean and you have a good peak on the bicep. Keep it up, lookin good.
