![]() | Yesterday's back pic been hard getting back into training after fasting, but i took a back pic today, and i'm pretty proud of my back so far. ![]() what do you all think? i'm 20 years old, all natural.

![]() | Re: Yesterday's back pic i think i lost about a stone mate, i think that i lost muscle & strength, and put on fat because of not eating enough, and when i did eat, it wasnt the cleanest food, easting fatty food straight after a 12 hour fast really hurts, as your metabolism is really slow - i think
