![]() | Pics Hi all, thought i would post what i got, any particlar ideas on how to improve welcome. Theres the first pic, maybe about a year ago, the other was the other day. I started trying to improve on it at home, on the gym maybe about 4-5 months, and only have tried to increase by bulk about a month or so, so certainly not an arnie lookalike by any means. just would like to have a very wel defined look and increased body mass. Ive increased my in take - 2 protein shakes a day, twice of much lunch time (more sarnies, chicken, bars) and extra pasta/chicken when i can. Will take me a while, as this already has doubled the intake by 100% already! I visit the gym 3-4 times a day, 45-50min, only 5-6 equipment peices on upper body so theres not a maasive arrange there but do enjoy it. Hope to improve steadily as i go really. |

| aka Jimmy | Re: Pics Keep doing what your doing, shave that chest rug and you'll instantly look more defined aswell.

![]() | Re: Pics cheers, ooops 3-4 times a weeks not 3-4 days, yeah i guess not that many truly do that lol! im trying to increase the mass so hopefully that will steadily increase the muscles. With no injuries/work/move issues im gonna continue for this at least another year. ive added at least half a stone/ 3/4 so hope to increase over time. |

![]() | Re: Pics Been a while - still working out, generally same routine, but improvement on my pec, and slight improvement generally. Much better than the original pic tho! On average tho i still only eat very well and healthy diet, the odd protein shakes but not to much, no cycles etc. Dont really expend to get much more results but hey hop i will stick to it for a while yet..... |
