Thumbs down My progress thread
Right, after reading through daps thread I have decided to start my own again...the last one went a bit pear shaped as it was taken out of context!!
anyway here goes...
First pics are from September weight was 14 st 10?? new pics are from start of December at 15 st 12.
Criticism is welcome as i know I am far from the finished product. This is just a thread to document my progress. I know posting pics in a public forum will motivate me to keep improving and hopefully experienced trainers can point me in the right direction!
Leg pics will be uploaded when i next train legs, they are poor as I haven't been able to train them for four weeks!!

Agreed, your back is very good. Would concentrate on back width slightly for a bit, chins etc.

at the minute my back training consists of wide grip chins, deadlifts, seated rows and bent over rows all between the 6-8 rep range for 3 sets. Does this sound fine for adding more width?
