![]() | Re: please comment on my boyfriends pictures thanks guys id rather just start again if thats ok with you all, as for those stats they came from a machine you go on in boots and they give you a print out of all your stats, i agree it didnt seem accurate either, ive told him i think he could do with adding more muscle but he wasnt keen on going back on protein as he thinks he will put weight back on ive told him thats not so any advice guys |

![]() | Re: please comment on my boyfriends pictures yes im planning to in jan as i had a baby a year ago and was pretty ill afterwards but before that i was pretty fit, so i cant wait to get back into it to be honest, could you guys recommend a good protein or any other supplememts he could take, as he is taking nothing right now |

As for supps, get a nice post workout shake ready for after the gym, 50g of whey protien, a load of dextrose sugar or high glycemic carbs. Vitamin pills, fish oil pills. That's about it. | |
