Re: 3months in

this body fat % is very odd when i first started i was told my body fat was 21% then i started looking around this site and found a post to work it and come up with a reading of 14%, back to the gym and got a reading of 17%

i just giveup with the body fat thing as long as i can see an improvment am happy from what i can make ot there is no good way of working it out.

and i take it 1stone 5lb is a lot to put on in that time as i don't know what is a good rate to be adding it ? any advice
