![]() | Ok - my turn for pics Ok guys, I know most of you are pretty kind and i cant stop you laughin, just if you can see areas lacking behind, i know i havent got a pic of my back but its pretty difficult on my own to get a decent pic. Any advice will do, pleeeeeease no mocking: ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() im 23, just over 10st and to be honest not really gaining much weight, I can eat as much and whatever the hell i like and my weight doesnt seem to budge, routine being followed fairly strictly from big's 'How to grow thread' lets see how things go for the next few months. Oh and dont laugh |

I would be willing to bet £20 if you stuck to a proper diet worked out for you with each macro nutrient accounted for and caloric intake monitored you'd gain pretty quickly. Do you work your legs? Looks like you have one hell of a high insertion point on your vastus lateralis! How often are you training mate? |

I do work my legs yeah, i have neglected them for longer than my top half so they havent had as much work but still been working on them a while. I am naturally a very skinny person and my legs have always been bad Sorry missed your question - I train twice a week normally as per bigs how to grow |

Eat, eat, eat... You need to eat more calories if you convinved you eating enough protein and carbs. visit www.fitday.com and try enter what you will eat everyday and post back the protein, carbs, fat and calories. It's a great idea to get a ball park to see where you currently lacking. You will be suprised!! And stick up your current diet mate.
