Hey, I'm the new guy

Hi guys, just thought i'd post up a few pictures of myself and give you some statistics. I've only been lifting properly for around 18 months and recently a severe posture problem has been identified. Basically, i have a curve in my spine much greater than the average joe. This is quite a big set back (no pun intended), as i can not train until my posture is corrected (seeing a physio over the next 6 weeks to try and sort this).

Although i love lifting weights, i detest the nutritional side of it (althoguh i know that this is the most important part to gaining muscle). Due to my lack of willingness to stick to a proper "diet", i haven't got too much "size". When i first started 18 months ago i weighed only 57kg (5ft 8"), i'm now around 68-70kg (yeah, looks like good gains, but they're just beginners gains, i've hit a major plateau now due to my diet and injury). Anyway, enough talk, here's some fairly recent pictures of me. :-

Yes, i do, it's very cold in my gym. training in shorts would be retarded (I don't live in OZ like you m8y). Also, i'll get some better pics up when i work out how to do it. Cheers for taking the time to comment, albeit non constructive or welcoming .

Haha, i know exactly what you mean bud. Very rarely do i take my sweats off, it really is that cold this time of year (The gym is housed in a sheet metal warehouse type covering). There's no need for fancy pants things like heat anyways .

apologise base, my post did seem rather crude and unwelcoming when i just read over it then.

your back does look big and muscular mate. comment about the pants was because of the people at my gym that train with pants who i never see training legs. was just a bit of a stereotype that is all..

Personally, i dont judge by what people wear in the gym.

Up until this week i was in shorts every workout, i feel much more comfy in them...now because my gym has no heating im switching to trackys for upper body days - but it still feels weird!
