![]() | Hi All, thanks for taking a look at my thread. First of all i just wanted to give a bit of background on myself to put the pics into some sort of context. I am 26 years old and have recently rediscovered one of my first loves - Bodybuilding! I plan to go at it with a passion and hope to be able to post a few progress pics every couple of months in order to keep myself motivated and see other people's advice on which areas they feel my body could benefit from being developed. I am not a complete Novice to bodybuilding, i trained 4 days a week for 2.5 years during college and the first year of University - although i was in good shape at the time and made some good strength gains, i definately was not eating enough or supplementing with protein and my bodyweight remained around the 65-67kg mark. When i started training again at 4 months ago, i weighed 75kg with a bit of a pot belly :preggers:. My plan is to Bulk up untill summer and then get shredded. I think i have made some good progress over the last 4 months.. i have gone up from 75kg to 81.2kg and i think most of it is lean muscle. Without further ado i will present the pictures, however i will say that the weak spots that i know i have currently and am trying to rectify is fristly 1) Legs i have never been into training legs but now do squats and am trying to increase my calf muscles. 2) Abs - i simply dont train them lol.. i thought i could get away with it while i was in bulking phase and just do em closer to summer.. dunno if this is such a good idea anymore looking at my pics..
