![]() | Re: About To Start No you haven't upset me! I personally think I need to lose quite a bit of weight. I have played rugby all my life pretty much so thats why my legs are quite solid. Here are my current stats: Weight: 154lb Height: 5' 8 My diet is quite bad at the moment so I am trying to change that. I have no training regime yet, I am looking to start one soon with a bit of help from you guys. Thanks. |

![]() | Re: About To Start No buddy it doesn't look like your carrying much excess weight if any tbh, i would say your in pretty good condition, all i would suggest, is to train hard :lift: & eat as cleanly as possible, just eat plenty. I wouldn't advise you trying to lose any more fat at this stage, as it won't help you gain at all & will just weaken you. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: About To Start no need for you to lose any weight... (as you gain muscle... u will lose fat naturally anyway to maintain the muscle mass) hit the weights consistently without cheating your diet more than once a week...get plenty of protein and carbs and some fats per meal.. every 3 hrs.. use heavy weights that you can lift to 12-15 reps... 3 sets... something like day 1: Chest / Triceps / Shoulders day 2: Legs / calves day 3: Back / Biceps / Forarms day off START again. Bobs u'r uncle.. all the best.. dont worry about too much technical stuff... just do it and be patient.. no need to take any other supps apart from Whey, Omega 3, Multi-vit.... and maybe in a few months Creatine.. but get it started and stick with it. No need to cut any fat imo.. u look great as a starting point... shoulders look good and overall condition is a great base to build on. |

![]() | Re: About To Start Well I have joined a gym again. I will be talking to the owner of the gym and we will hopefully write up a decent training programme with your advice in mind. Thanks. I will post more pics in a few months time to see progress! |
