I will start madcow next week. Tried Barbell rows today and my left elbow was having none of it, i am going to have to give them a miss which is a shame as i was hoping to follow the program to the T so i will have to substitute it for something else thats pain free.

At the same time as you I will be taking my next 4 month pic. What we need to remember though is that this is a personal journey, my pics are for me to see how things are going I don't feel a need to post them on the net for criticism. Perhaps in a couple of years time when there is (hopefully) significant change to be seen I may post them then... |
