![]() | New member need some direction Hello everyone, I 5ft 9/10 and weigh 13 stone 6 lbs, Im thinking its about time I cut as I am holding a lot of fat, but the half of me thinks f*** it get up to 14 stone as lean as possible then cut slowly. Ill admit my diet has never been the best so I have put on a lot of unnecessary fat, but I am trying to improve it. Ive also had a back injury for a year which has stopped me lifting heavy for a year, but this has gotten better. Stats: Chest: 44" Arms: 15.25" Waist: 37 " Legs: 27" Calves: 15.57" Just wanted peoples thoughts on what my next move should be cut now or bulk cleanly to 14 stone. Also what my bf is? I'm thinking 25-30% [image] http://img210.imageshack.us/my.php?i...2750858cw3.jpg[/image] [image] http://img162.imageshack.us/my.php?i...img0006ey4.jpg[/image] [image] http://img265.imageshack.us/my.php?i...img0022uq5.jpg[/image] |

Whats your diet and training like? I'd say aim to get stronger while loosing some BF, when you drop some BF but not all then you can take another view on things.

![]() | Re: New member need some direction Diet hasnt been the best, but it is better now Im going to post it up soon here to get it looked over. Training I just finished the Waterbury method which I didnt gain that much off but I think this was due to a bout of insomnia I had for a month. The last like 5 months have seen some of my best gains since I started eating more |
