| Train big, eat big, sleep big AND BE BIG!!! | A year training progress... Hey guys, Iv been training for about a year now seriosuly. I started properly last october when i deployed to iraq. I put on quite a good ammount of size, iv added a before pic (when i first got to iraq) and an after pic taken about 2 months ago. Im in afghanistan at the moment haven't had a chance to train properly over the last 5-6 weeks so iv lost some mass and my BF has gone up a touch. Now im out here though im gettin back into it an i wanna be bigger than ever before. Any tips for where im lackin or constructive critisism would be appreciated!! Before (last october) ![]() ![]() About 2 months ago, like i said iv lost a bit of size an BF has gone up a bit ![]() ![]()

Can't see anything lagging in particular, just keep ploughing away. Also keep up the good work fighting for us, although many of us may not agree with the war, you guys are real heroes regardless.
