@NeilpWest: Honestly yes thats what i do i also have a couple of sodas every day, i have a small appetite and i can only stomach so much chicken and rice.
My usual eating looks some thing like this...
2 calorie shakes 1 in the am full of carbs 1 prior bed full of fat
2 times chicken generally fried in olive oil(lots of olive oil), some veg or fruit along with some rice or oats
1-2 times steak again in olive oil along with some carbs or just some brocoli it depends
1 time per day i eat whatever there are several fast food places close by or i go to a restraunt and eat with my girl friend.
Often with a meal i will have a can of pepsi or whatever i feel like.
I am not ripped but i have all my abbs and my body fat(done by a bb) was 9% how accurate that is i dont know but it wouldnt be higher than 12%, i am focusing on adding more muscle and strenght i am not cutting for a comp next year when i do i will obviously not eat the burgers. |

MEAL 4: 5pm: Same as above
Creatine Mono 5g
TRAIN 6pm
Creatine mono 5g, maltodextrin 50g
MEAL 5: 7:30pm: Whey protein shake 30g with water
MEAL 6: 8pm: Same as 2,3 and 4

- depends on body weight. I am 72kg and that would not fill me up. low in protein also.
MEAL 2: 11am: Breast of chicken or tin of tuna with sweet potato 75g, brown rice 100g ok but is that the weight of the rice cooked or uncooked, just one breast - what is the weight
MEAL 3: 2pm: Same as above
MEAL 4: 5pm: Same as above
Creatine Mono 5g
TRAIN 6pm
Creatine mono 5g, maltodextrin 50g - why not a fast acting carb?
MEAL 5: 7:30pm: Whey protein shake 30g with water
MEAL 6: 8pm: Same as 2,3 and 4 - boring though isnt it
MEAL 7: Before bed: Whey protein shake 30g with water why, whey is a fast absorber - it would probably be in and out of your system before your head hits the pillow!
On off days just take out the creatine, malto and post work out protein shake.

Daps - before you start dispensing advice please trial the diet for some time and then get back to us. Mate, if you keep sticking your neck out you will continue to get shot at. For your own sake, think the posts through first.

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread i take it you are looking for approval of a diet and training regime you have been pestering us about for 6 months - FFS.
As for the weights, I would only do that routine for a month, no longer. Get into a good three or four day split and see what works from there.

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Not got time to comment on the whole diet but it's not good mate. For breakfast I eat 2 scoops of pro peptide, 100g of Oats in water the some splenda and 2 bananas. You're carrying a fair bit of bodyfat so I'd stick with just 100g oats and 2 scoops of pro peptide if I were you. If I get a chance I'll pop back online and see what else I can add.

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Well i'm not asking for approval as i'm already doing it.
Luke asked for it so i posted it up.
I don't want to eat too much in the mornings, i have calculated my diet and throughout the day i get enough of what i need, so i don't need any more than that there.
That is the weight of the rice uncooked, i probably should lower the amount of rice, but i'm not sure of the difference between uncooked and cooked weight(could you tell me)
I don't find it that boring to be honest i don't mind eating the same stuff.
Maltodextrin is fine for PWO and i have 5kg of it, so it's not going anywhere soon.
And as for the whey protein, which would be better to consume before bed? I could always buy some..
How is the diet 'bad' luke? I'm getting all of the protein, carbs and fat i need.
Thanks.

As for rice, I cant recall off the top of my head. Cook 100g and see what it works out at then stick to that each time.
As for your first and last meals I would do what Luke said. I take Pro Peptide (CNP) purely because it is a blend of proteins and includes micellar casein which is a slow releaser. Other than that - have steak if you can stomach it at 9/10.00 at night.
i have 75g oats and 40g Prop pep first and last thing at night.

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Thing is though, Luke just said my diet is bad, so basically that says to me i need to scrap it and start again, but there isn't anything wrong with it apart from a couple of tweeks.
It's really ****ed me off because now i don't know what to do, carry on or just stop and change it, wtf like. |
