Daps first time ive read your thread. My advice to you would you need to be patient mate, seems to me you are like many others who are looking for the miracle pill or quick answer. You need to be honest with yourself and ask are you really giving 100% in the gym, do you follow the correct diet 99.9% of the time are you doing the correct amount of cardio? and I think you will find the answer. I really keep most of my weight around my bum and stomach.

Here is a pic from a photoshoot i did yesterday(laugh if you want) It is actually really funny lol.



Alot goes around my face too, which i can really see from when i was about ten stone, look really chubby now in comparision!

On a good note, i look like i have really stocked up on muscle around my shoulders/arms and back.

LMFAO, i love the responses.

It was just a photo shoot in calvins and clothed lol.

Started modelling but need to lose the fat certainly to get anywhere! lol.

I have an unnaturally fat bum, why? god will only know. I wonder how much cardio it'd take to work it off? hmm.
