Daps first time ive read your thread. My advice to you would you need to be patient mate, seems to me you are like many others who are looking for the miracle pill or quick answer. The truth is hard work, dedication and patience is the answer. You need to be honest with yourself and ask are you really giving 100% in the gym, do you follow the correct diet 99.9% of the time are you doing the correct amount of cardio? and I think you will find the answer. Get the basics right amd stop worrying about losing muscle when doing cardio, look at James L, Tom and Righty they do cardio every day when dieting for shows and do they look like a bag of bones? HELL NO!! Good luck mate push hard and be patient. |

Nothing burns fat like lifting metal!! You probably putting on fat cause you trying to eat like a bodybuilding and yet you not training like one!! Bet you dont completely know your way around your gym yet?
Come on mate... go to the gym and get your training in order. You have had more advice from guys in the know than anyone I know.

But, adding in fish oils makes one more insulin sensitive as well as the DHA in fish oils aid in fat loss.
Good stuff there.
Another good thing would be to make sure every meal has some fiber in it.
Fiber really slows down absorption and allows for less spiking of insulin.
