| Re: DaPs Progress Thread I was wondering about the diet and it giving me bad number 2's lol.
I am eating 4 tins of tuna a day, but given it a 3 days rest. I need to eat more of a variety like chicken, salmon etc not just tuna don't i? Will that stop the runs? |

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Thing is, per 100mg, tinned tuna isnt the best for protein. Tuna steaks are great, but quite expensive.
I try and do the following every day, 1 meal of chicken, 1 meal of eggs, 1 meal of oily fish. Every couple of days i put a lean red meat meal in there as well.
Try and get your protein from a good spectrum of sources.
Are you using alot whey protein? that is a good way of giving me the squirts, but Im super sensitive to that stuff, and try and only use it on waking, and post workout.
You answered your own question in that last post regarding food. ;) |

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread This is why i have been saying all along to just eat !!!
Eat every 2 or 3 hours. Dont think too much about it just use common sense. slowly intruduce a more BB type diet, not crash right into it!
You have radically changed your diet almost over night and are now paying the price!! Its all the extra protein thats doing it probably.

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread No one said building a body is easy.
1) Buy some fiber tablets(good quality) add that to meals where your getting no fiber such as the tuna meals.
2) Getting a digestive aid acidophilus and papaya extract are both great and have a portion with every meal.
3) Up your water intake. |

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread I'm having sweet potato and rice with those meals too.
My mum says it's the amount of rice that is giving me it, but i was thinking, rice can't give you the squirts lol.
My mum always says it's very bad for me and not a varied diet, she says as she scoffs mince pies and cream lol. My dear mother. |

ahahah, so typical. It seems that the less ou know about diet the more you "think" you know. I wish I had a few quid for every time a fat person tried to educate me about my diet, hillarious.

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread 4 tins of tuna a day, fuk me......mercury poisoning....lmao
Daps, you leave the diet because you get the ****s....................
Daps, you stopped training because after 6 months doing fuk all you thought you'd walk into a gym and be pain free the day after.....................
I can see a pattern developing, mate, your a right soft ****er.
Stop thinking so much and just do it. You'll read article after article until your **** swallows your head.

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread To be plain and simple about this, the way i have come across on this board isn't in any way what i am like.
I have been training for two weeks now, no stops, and it will continue that way.
I am allowed to post on this thread my developments, and when i say i have given the diet a rest, i mean the tuna.
You will see in a couple of months when i post new pictures up, just wait and see before doubting me
I never said i'd be pain free and all this crap your saying, so please, it's all good.
Look different after two weeks, have gone up on all exercises at the gym, getting in and out in 45 minutes, it's all going well. |
