| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Next time, just wash them off in some cold water.
TBH tesco's *fresh* chicken is a bit ****, i bought some 2 days later i went to eat it and it smelt so rough. even after washing the ****ty slime off didnt smell any better.
Sometimes it is best to be safe, ive worked with fresh food, and will be returning to, way i look at it, if i wouldnt eat it, im not serving it.
How ever best chicken ive actualy found is from ICELAND, great bog frozen breasts for £5 a bag and you get bout 6 breasts in a bag. bout twice the size of the ones you get from tesco, and ****ing juicy to eat.
cheap, taste good. and you can stick em in the freezer right away and just get a couple out and defrost in the microwave then cook em in the oven, cant complain.

In all seriousness i am starting to goto bed earlier, it's just that i got back from a girl house last night and it was abit late. | Forgive me if I am wrong but the diet you posted mentions eating at 7.30am and 11.30am, do you get up half way through your sleep to eat as you say you dont go to bed until 4am and don't wake up until 1-3pm on your regular sleep cycle. Maybe a mistype ! |

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Yeah, i am making sure i get all of my food down me, even if i eat every 1-2 hours to make up for it lol.
On off days i'm not eating the eggs n oats, i will sometimes, but i didn't feel like them at 3pm today.
As long as i get the four meals i make the night before down on an off day that's cool. |

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread It's happened friday and now yesterday.
I get a pain in my right side on the bottom of my stomach. It's like someone sticking a pin in me and it's a shooting pain, really bad.
It comes and then goes away when doing squats and deadlifts.
Not good but i'll keep it going, if it keeps paining i will see the GP about it. |

Not good but i'll keep it going, if it keeps paining i will see the GP about it. | Thats due to weak abbs, lighten the weight up and do it properly and work your abbs. |

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread It's right at the bottom between my groin and abs, inguinal ligament.... That's why i thought it could lead to a hernia if i'm not careful.
I have gone up for 60kg to 70kg on the deads and 50 to 60 on squats, which i can do, apart from that pain, so i am not upping it any more this week and see how it goes.
If it still hurts next week i'll keep the weight the same again until they have strengthened. |

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Hi mate. Such quick strength gains will come from neuromuscular adaptations not hypertrophy. You may have weak points in your core which should settle after time as the core muscles adapt to the new weights you are using.
A hernia typically takes place a little lower than the inguinal ligament, but all the same is not something to risk. You're right to take it slow till the pain eases.
If it doesn't, a visit to the docs may be in order and an X ray to confirm there are no non training related problems.

| Re: DaPs Progress Thread Yeah, next weights session is friday so i have time to recover, if it still does the same pain then i will goto the GP.
I'm going to have a scan on the 22nd on something else so i can ask the guy there if there is anything wrong, might as well get the most out of it, wait months for these bloody appointments. |
