Jay Walker will become famous soon enough
3 Months off, base to build on.

This isnt the best picture, and its only top half, but I thought Id put one up of me before the start of my current course.
Have had 12 weeks off heavy training, after my last course, due to niggling injuries. Been ticking over doing high reps, low weights.

Weight at time of picture - 97kg, not sure of bodyfat, been leaner, but dont carry hardly any fat on legs or arms, always have veins on show.

I'll get another shot after a month, currently at 101 kg, after my first week on this course (getting alot of food into me) ;)

Excuse the poor tan on my face, but ive been on the sunblock! ;)

You look really well, mate. I do like that type of physique. Very good shape, & your very lean. You look as though you'd do well in competition with more mass.

Thanks mate, Im about 2 stone down on what I have been, lost alot of fullness, which Im hoping to regain this next 12 weeks. I have been upto 17 stone @ 8% bodyfat, which is where I want to get again.
I tend not to put much fat on during a course, so as long as I can keep up the food, I should be okay.
No orals this time as they just kill my appetite.

Ive only just been able to start training them again due to knee problems, but they seem to be holding up okay at the minute.

Yeah, my legs are so long its hard to get the look I want.
Ive been off leg training for quite a while with my knee injury, so not the best.
They will soon grow as long as my knee holds out.

I dont want enormous legs to be honest, Im happy that they are nice and lean.

good calves, bit more mass on the quads+hams and you will have a great package there.

6' 2" last time I checked.
Yeah, will get that mass back fairly quickly im hoping, trained legs heavy again today, no probs at all. Strength was pretty good too, so Im hoping my legs will shape up pretty quick.

Just got weighed, 102 kg.
