Re: 3 Months off, base to build on.

Well, knees held up okay today.
1 week into this course now, feeling stronger already. Good pumps in the gym.
Appetite is good, B12 EOD to keep things right on that front, and no orals.
I'll get some pics up after 6 weeks (half way through the course)

Re: 3 Months off, base to build on.

Thanks for that mate, Im determined to really make the most of this gear.
Gonna keep this thread up as a bit of a progress journal.

Trained Chest heavy tonight/Biceps light. Havent done heavy chest for some time now, well, 3 months to be exact.

Did inclined dumbell press, managed 42kg on my last set. Comfortably did 10 reps at that weight, was quite pleased with that. Was upto 50kg on my last course, so it will be interesting to see how long it takes to get back upto that weight.

Was quite a long workout all in all, but I can feel my strength coming back now.
Still managing to eat in good amounts.

Feel great!

Re: 3 Months off, base to build on.

Quick update, Im back at work now for 4 weeks (work offshore, abroad).
This is where the diet gets a bit harder to maintain, but I manage okay.

Got weighed on my way out, was 106kg (clothed), so obviously managing to get enough food in. Got a few comments off the guys at work about how I've put some size back on, so thats always encouraging to hear.
The good news for me, is that they put me in charge of sorting the gym out (usually crap offshore with no free weights), managed to get a good amount of plates, smith machine, upto 50kg dumbells, EZ bar, and a good few machines with good weight on.
I wont have anyone to train with here, but I can get some decent workouts in during the next 4 weeks.

Not appearing to hold any water, looking alot fuller now.

No pics yet, just thought I'd post an update.
