Your body fat is low which is a bonus, you physique says you are an ectomorph which means as you probably already know you need to eat ****loads to gain mass. Get your diet in top shape, get 2g of protein per lb bodyweight (in your case 286g+) per day and make sure you get enough EFAs! Other than that , your looking lean ![]() |

Still a very low BF% - could probably gain faster with still more calories without putting on too much fat. I think you need to target your triceps too to bing out the arm thickness. Overall - i think alot of guys would be ahppy with your body as is, but I know you want another couple stone on there. Same body type as me - I never stop eating :( |
