After seeing true's thread i thought id do the same thing. I started at 16yrs old back in October, im now 17. Havent really stuck to diet as well as id like due to money problems but trained religiously until around 3months ago. Got a job and lost motivation! But back on it now

The below pic is tricep pic took on 1st Oct then the 'after' was taken around 3 weeks ago, havent trained tri's for a while. I was just in toilets at work so no pump or nothing - yes random!!

01/10/06 -- ------- End of April!

defo some good gains there mate..... lighting helped alot too!

keep it up mate, just think how big you'll be at 18 lol.... :lift:

I'll get some proper pics up over next week or so. Shorty...yeah the lighting did help i must admit!!

Yeah im looking forward to what i can achieve (hopefully) in the unders. The plan so far is to just keep bulking - naturally - until im 20 and depending on how i look then, compete in the unders (not too bothered where i place, just want experience). Then again at 21 and kick every-ones ass!

When im 21 i plan to take 2 years out and in this time ill probably start using the gear and compete at 23/24 then see where it takes me!

Obviously these are just plans at the mo, dont know how it will turn out but im pretty set on staying natural until at the very least 18. I met Paul.S at forest a few months ago and he suggested around 21ish but said if i do gear before im 18 then i can forget any help from him

...

I respect and aspire to him so trust his advice and would be stupid to risk losing help and respect from him and others on the board.

Yeh mate wait till your older. Under 18 is just crazy! Get some good pics up though so we can have a good look at you.

Cheers guys, yeah bassline without trying to sound big-headed, i do like to think of myself as a little clue'd up! Just doing my best and trying to learn all the time whilst taking advice from people. Have been really tempted to start gear when things dont go right but never went through with it. At the moment im enjoying being natural and using my current testosterone levels

DB and luke, will be getting pics up soon-ish just annoying as i have to get gf to take pics n always forget!

its not big headed mate your level headed i was pretty crazy at your age and would tek anything lol.keep up the good work

Looking good mate. That's excellent progress for the time.
Get some full body shots up with befores if you've got any. Would be really interesting.

Hey guys, sorry its been a while but got 2 pics today after training legs.
My biggest downfall was (and is) my chest. So iv worked really hard to try and bring it up and its finally starting to fill out

Sorry thats all i really got pics of but will give you a better showing of how im looking at the moment
