As for supplements i keep it nice and simple ![]() Before a workout ill have; 100g oats 200ml milk whey protein shake after a workout; WMS with creatine mono 20mins later whey protein shake. Nice and easy...i try pre-workout supps every so often...but they're not part of my routine, its just if i have extra money going spare ill throw some of that into the mix sometimes....never really noticed a big difference though! | |

Yep, if theres one thing i do try to stick to its - keep it simple!! stats, 17yrs old, 5ft6 about 156lbs...bf, 11% or so? Nothing shocking/amazing but, im happy ![]() Cals, yeah they equal around 3000 (could work it out if you wanted to...4cals for every 1g protein, 4cals for every 1g carbs, 9 cals for every 1g fat) daps...no idea of stats measurement wise, i go by the mirror and occasionally scales. Go back a couple pages and you'll see a before and after triceps picture from months ago....that'll give you an idea;) |
