Squat This: At the moment i dont follow any 'set' routine. I now go into the gym knowing what muscles im training and thats that. I make up the exercises and order, sets/reps, drop sets, super sets, negatives etc as i go along. I just go on how the muscles are feeling really. But two staples in my leg workouts are front squats and stiff legged deads. Bulldozer: Thanks dude, yeah without playing the sympathy card its been a pretty sh1t year tbh but, none of that matters when you get on stage does it? They dont take that into account. Just gotta bounce back twice as strong. Mega: Cheers mate, looked at a 'before' pic of my quads the other day from after my leg op - made me chuckle! Pic from last nights back and tri's workout. I know your probably thinking, 'why do a chest and biceps shot - thats the opposite!' But my logic behind it is that the muscles im working are pumped so will appear larger - this way its a little more 'truthful' - kinda pathetic! ![]() ![]() Last edited by ah24; 29-07-2007 at 01:18 PM. |
