| Hulking Out! | okay onto my progress! ![]() just to give you a point of reference this is me at 16 3 months into training 13" arms and a fairly low bf and 11 stone ![]() me bulked to 16st in october 2006 at 18 with 16" arms. at about 18% bf on my calipers ![]() me bulked to 18st in feb of this year.18" arms at 22% on my calipers ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() me back down to 16st today with 18" arms and about 13% tested bodyfat kept my strength as much as i was at 18st,waist has gone down,arm measurements stayed the same so im pretty confident im doing well.currently still cutting down so opinions appreciated! im 18 years old btw! Im just gonna be honest here, progress is real good as i said but you like everyone around our age need more back width :( Something im working on at the moment! Othere than that real good, but id say more around 15%bf IMO. Also, PM me if you would rather not answer on open board but have you used AAS? |
