Front double Bicep - suck in your waist and expand your ribcage and lats this will give a bigger illusion to your V-taper.... Rear Double Bicep - expand your lats what is your current diet like meal for meal and what is your current weight?? |

| Getting HUGE! | Re: Geo Pics. 7am - 20mins Cardio(Jogging) 7.30am - 3 scoops of Protein in Water, 5g Glutamine, Amino Acids. 9am - 10 egg whites, 2 Wheetabix, with supplememnts, Vit A, B, C, Fish oil, Milk Thislte, Fibre. 11am - 2 Chicken Breast(George Forman), Green Tea, Dash of Milk. 2pm - 2 Bowls of HomeMade soup, Green Tea, 2 Chicken Breasts, Vit C 1000mg. 3pm - Turkey with some green beans, Coffee. 5pm - 2 Scoops whey Protein, 5g Glutamine, Train. 40mins cardio, 40mins of Weights. 6.20pm - Finish Training, 2 scoops of protein, 5g Glutamine 7.30pm - Turkey, Green tea, veggies, Some fruit. 10.30pm - 3 Scoops protein. 11pm - Apple, or Grapes then bed, 5g Glutamine. My weight is 12st 9. Down from 15st 3 This is my first diet so it might be way off hence my asking for some help. |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: Geo Pics. tbh mate dieting is really not my strong point, ive created my own and it changes on a daily basis, and i pretty much eat when im hungry. def something i will be looking to improve for next time. the way ive worked it is too lower carb intake but eat enough other clean foods to give my body all the nutients it requires possibly too much and then use my cardio to go into a calorific deficit. seems to be a lack of good fats in there and is very low in complex carbs? also a lot of protein shakes in there, and i wouldnt do the fruit before bed, id say a slow digesting protein source. probably get some better advice from those more knowlegable, just my 2 cents. |
