Re: Go easy no weights ,just rockclimbing.

I think you look great for forty year old guy. Hell you look better than most 20 yr olds.

Rockclimbing = big forearms just like cycling = big calves

Not sure why you did a steriod cycle without weight training though (Almost seems a waste), but if you gained 20 lbs..........................

Re: Go easy no weights ,just rockclimbing.

You've got a decent build bro, particularly as you say "no weights, just rockclimbing", impressive.

Providing you have a decent diet and training regime, I would think you could pack on some decent mass. Now get your ar5e in the gym and off those rockfaces lol.

Lucky sod. You guys in the states are spoilt for 'big' climbing venues (I'm not knocking the UK here).

I was just starting to climb when I had to knock it all on the head to look after my little girl. It's a shame because the feeling you get from it is amazing.

Re: Go easy no weights ,just rockclimbing.

Not bad for an old man...........I mean young man.

You seem still lean for gaining 20lbs, you will look leaner as soon as you lose the water in a week or two.
How long was the prop cycle?

Re: Go easy no weights ,just rockclimbing.

Well the cyc was from feb.1st to april 16th. I tapered down last 10 days .Started out with around 400 mg a week test prop . It was to much, so by week 2 ,i was at only 300. Then back up week 3/4. By week 7 i went on up to around 700 mg a week and continued this ed injections of at least 100 mg skipping a day or two here or there because i could tell i had to much. This went on till april 1st wher i began to taper down to final eod of 75 mg.Or less. PCT is HCG only so far. Was thinking of skipping nova and clomid but have both on hand.Ill know if im crashing by friday i think?
Test prop. all the way. Nothing else.
The climbing has been done in a gym focus on power only. also lots of various body weight excersises. Pushups etc.
Best thing i learned here was to avoid overtraining and eat.
Thanx Bros.
Dark

Re: Go easy no weights ,just rockclimbing.

Well, gaining that much weight and still being that lean says something to me.
First the gains were probably better due to how lean you were, and the fact that you didnt overtrain say alot too.
Most people do.
Ninepack taught me a valuable lesson with that.

Damn dude, sounds fantastic, but 750 is a big one for a first cycle.
Funny at the end how you noticed bigger doses worked better.
Hmmmm..............Nice............
