Re: 12 months of training

will post some better pics soon,
12 months ago i weighed 11 stone
now weighing in at 13 stone.
the only problem is ive stayed this weight for 3 months without gaining anything.
i havent used any gear so far but my aim in the next 12 months is to get my weight up to a lean 14 stone.
got a feeling its going to be a lot harder to gain this extra stone

Re: 12 months of training

guess i should be gratefull for the extra weight, but its not lean i reckon if i cut i would probly loose a stone. looks on ur pic like you pretty cut.
people say you gain alot as a beginer so i guess its gonna get harder.

Re: 12 months of training

Just use the mirror as a guide or before and after pictures taken each month in different poses. The scales dont really tell you much. Or and you do look like you have good size now so if you stick at it you'll only get better mate.

No dis-repsect mate, but why would Fivo- put a pic up of someone else???!!!! Are you new to the bodybuilding scene in the UK?

I hope you don't mind me saying on your behalf Five-o but both you and Andrew Merryfield get your conditioning spot on everytime, reckon you wouldn't put a pic up of someone else's physique when you have won/achieved so much!
