7 Months Training

I am gonna use these as a before pictures since my dieting has been going well so far and hopefully look back SOON and be in much better shape. Feel free to comment on these, offer advice, take the mick, whatever. One thing is my biceps are 19 inches but have no peak, hope when the fat goes more they will look better.

You look like you have been training for longer than months mate, more like years.

Delts look like they could be brought up inline with the rest of you in the 1st pic but the bottom pics they look OK.

you are a big chunky guy mate, carring as lot of muscle! a nice wide back too, and also a fairly thin waist for your size. your front double bicep shows this off well. i think if you continue to loose more bobyfat you will look better an better! good luck with the diet and keep up the good work.
