![]() | 7 Months Training I am gonna use these as a before pictures since my dieting has been going well so far and hopefully look back SOON and be in much better shape. Feel free to comment on these, offer advice, take the mick, whatever. One thing is my biceps are 19 inches but have no peak, hope when the fat goes more they will look better. |
