It dont seem possible but they seem to be leaner too! So im well happy, cant get my legs into most of my jeans now

Bit worried you said that was all your leg work, do you do any hamstring specific work at all? An imbalance is deadly for your knees, perhaps throw in some SLDL's with those squats fella? Regards SD
