The Journey begins
Hi all

Just a bit of info on me :rolleye11
I am about to embark again on a mission of self discovery(with Mr Paul NinePack Booth as my Mentor :love: :crazy: ).
I have'nt trained properly for a long time and IMO i'm very out of shape.
Currently weighing in at 17 st 7 lbs.
I made a start at the begining of the year but due to holidaying in Las Vegas and numerous bouts of Man Flu :puke: i havent been able to get a real foot hold on the training side of things.
I am not new to BB'ing so that is a start.
I have deceided to post on here so that you can help inspire me and to keep me on track when i hit my low points :brick:
I will try and get some pictures up at some point if my pregnant wife will do them!!!:love:
I am hoping to be Man flu free this week so all being well i will be ready for the big start a week on monday 5th of March.
Again many thanks to Paul Booth who has put me through some pain already and will hopefully continue do so !!! This man is a star for those that dont know him


I will keep you all informed

No pressure then bud?!! :p

I'll get him into shape if it kills me, or him,... or both of us. Bulldog has a lot more muscle on his frame than he is aware of, and once we get his BF% down he will realise what he has built. He has a good structure with wide clavicles & thick muscle bellies so it bodes well. I currently only train a small number of clients, as I prefer to PT the ones who are really dedicated (Welly, that means you!), and make my income up from other areas of my business.

Bulldog actually approached my good friend James (Supercell) initially, but due to geography he ended up being referred to me by James. Poor sod!!

Welcome Bulldog,

You couldn't have asked for better training I am sure than you will get off 9pack, it will be hard, painful but effective and above all safe!!

Post up pics and stats and we will follow you on your journey buddy, best of luck and enjoy it! only wish I had had 9's experience at my disposal when I started, I would be an olympian by now :p

Yep, i had already PM'd Paul.B about it but live a fair distance from him so is too difficult! But if i lived in Manchester I would definately be on his client list....providing he let me

I am sure he could still help you with your Diet, supplements and Routine via E-Mail, why don't you ask him? If your form on the exercises is good, it would be possible to do it this way.

Well guys i have finally been into it all for a full week solid

Feeling good , just about to have my porridge and Protein

Am feeling rather sore today after a certain NinePack beasted me on Chest and Biceps last night (thanks again pal LOL)
Will get some pics up this weekend , i'm really enjoying the feeling i am getting from doing something so positive.
Just gotta keep the goal insight and my head in gear.

Yeah m8 it just wouldnt clear up ended up with another dose of anti biotics LOL

Paul advised me me to be clear of any symptoms for 1 week then hit it, thats what i did .

Just been and done my Tris and shoulders followed by my cardio!!!

You worked hard bud, enjoy the pain. Lets hope you get a good run at it now, with no more colds etc & we will see some progress very soon indeed. You are effectively at the beginning due to the forced layoff but I will get you there if it kills me, and it most probably will. :tongue10:

Went and did a great session of Legs with Paul on Thursday LOL really suffering today LOL

EVerything is coming on nicely now the weight and BF % are dropping very nicely
