IM IN THE BEEF, its only my second appearance in the mag! Im in it WOOO HOOOOO, im in a review in the North Staffs UK Open 2006, and there's a picture of yours truly (I was 3rd, although I genuinely believe I should've beaten the guy that came 2nd, his condition was terrible).

Can't stop smiling, it makes dieting so much easier and the whole thing seem so much more worthwhile!!!!! Bring on 2008!!!!!

I will put the picture on here when I get the cable for my mobile later and plug it in later!

I hear its a magazine only for the greats of the sport, and I tend to agree with that theory.......

Hmm, I dunno about that, Alex has put me in it dozens of times!

He also got a 4 page spread article on me into BodyFitness. It must have been a quiet month!

I have been beaten by guys miles out of condition, so don't beat yourself up about it. Bodybuilding contests are completely subjective & just boils down to a judges opinion, unlike in a race where the winner is clearly the one over the line first.

Like I keep saying, it ain't over till the fat bloke wins!! :p

So long as you look the best you can do, & keep improving, that's the true essence of bodybuilding. Look at my first show to now pics in this section. I always arrive sharper than last time & bigger. That would be the 'building' part of the equation.

Water off a ducks back to me nowadays. You'll soon learn to judge your progress by your own progression, not just by what the judges think on that particular day.
