Just the normal stuff really. Bent over barbell rows, deadlifts, dumbell rows, seated rows (sometimes), lat pull down, straight arm pull downs on cables. Thats about it I think. I actually hate training my back I get worn out straight away but always try and go as heavy as I can. Cheers for all the comments it helps when your feeling like your doing bad.

I do chins bent over barbell rows and deadlifts, I might try some straight arm pulldowns on cables is that on the lat pull down machine.
I think back is my favourite looking bodypart, franco columbo is my hero his back was just awesome.

Yeah I do the straight arm pull downs on the lat machine, just try and get a good strech. Doesn't feel like it does alot but anything extra should help.
