![]() | Re: 6 Months Training Just the normal stuff really. Bent over barbell rows, deadlifts, dumbell rows, seated rows (sometimes), lat pull down, straight arm pull downs on cables. Thats about it I think. I actually hate training my back I get worn out straight away but always try and go as heavy as I can. Cheers for all the comments it helps when your feeling like your doing bad. |
