Hi Guys and gals, 1st 3 pics are of me at my 1st comp (2006 Portsmouth EFBB South Coast Show, 1st timers 6th place out of 13), next few pics are of me in my 4th show (Welsh WPF Open, under 80kg novice 5th place out of 10).

Starved myself stupid in my 1st show, no carbs loads of c.v. so I look depleted, didnt carb up enuff before the show, got it much better on the 4th show thanks to Tiny Tom (Mr Blackman), his advice pulled it together much better for me.

Let me know your thoughts!

Hi Mate, been meaning to join for ages, but been really busy, good mate of mine is always on here (Tom Blackman) and he rates this site for information, so here I am, wanna get HUGE this year, next show is the Hercules late in the year, so hoping to get as much QUALITY advice as possible!

ahh i did the hercules last year as it goes!! 2nd in the first timers... was a good lil comp.. abit odd posing in the middle of a nightclub tho!!what category u gonna be doing?

Looking mate and i believe the man in question is infact the long lost 8th dwarf, bless snow white.

Prob do the Novice category.

My Mate won it last year (Barney Duplesis) and he reckons its well run and pulled together. trophies look good enough to go into war with!

Tom Blackman is some guy from round my way, lifts a bit of weight now and again, should really join a gym......

I'd keep the fact that you are mates with Tom a bit quite mate.......he's not very well liked around here.............

And we like to refere to him as "The man whore pasty smashing dwarf" lmao

You gonna be at his Portsmouth gig?

My best friend is in the 1st timers at the portsmouth this year so I will be tanning him up, and Im training with a guy that will be doing the under 21's division, so def can't miss it!

The friends of mine that are competing are Charlie Jesus (Under 21's), Mark Swinden (First Timers, he has an AMAZING back!), and of course Mr T. Blackman, i'll be tanning Charlie and Mark up and cheering Tom on to winning the Overall, would be great to see you all, make sure you come over and say hi, I'll be the one feeling grumpy cause I'll be feeling tubby and pasty compared to everyone else there. Still only 4 months till my diet starts, counting the days down! Bloody hell anyone would think I am actually looking forward to dieting!!!!
