long time waiting

i did say id get one up, advice on what to work more on i was thiking arms could do with more work, 5ft 11, 16st 10. body fat ?????????

I think if it was me my first priority would be dropping some bf mate..

Your not fat by any stretch of the imagination, but I think if you dropped some bodyfat you would have more of a "V" shape going on.

16 stone 10 is pretty big at that height, and a lower bf will give the illusion of even more size.

Agree with aftershock lewis.

You look like you would have great delts / chest when cut up.

My recommendation would be to work on back, as it looks like your lats could be doing wioth more size (Again making the V taper illusion more effective).

I noticed you dont have any leg shots up. Is there a reason for this?????

I am going to guess that if you have "Neglected" your back you have probably done the same with legs.

Do NOT fall into the trap of having a good upper and no lower body, you will regret it mate.......squat, squat squat LOL

your right legs need a bit more work before pics will be up , will post some more in about a month to see if there are differences. the back is going to be worked a lot more

started cardio this morning (45 min fast walk) - so should help with getting rid of body fat, also started pull ups got 7, 5,4 in that order (yesterday) very wide grip.

see all these posts about you guy's deadlifting 220 kg , i can only manage 140kg for six, and ive been doing them in my training for a while now. strainge thing is i squat this , can bench 140 for 10, and millitary press 50kg dumbells for 6 - so i gues my back is wey behind - typicall me (concerntrate on chest and arms for far too many years)

7,5,4 is good mate you should get more out next time, or try 5x5!

I'm using dual factor training to increase my core lifts at the mo and that is helping me (so is a gram of sust tho ), have a look in the article section (Thanks again Big )

I think everyone starts with the chest and arm mentality, dont beat yourself up about it mate.
