![]() | New to this joined today only started 3 months ago but attend the gym every day am looking for advice more than anything i started off skinny rake with bitch titties and weighing in at 11st now im 13.5st heres a pic before and where im at now i intend to get alot bigger size wize just wandered if anyone had any advice as to what i shud start onto so far the only thing i have used is determination and a little bit of creatine as of today i have started having a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and a light dinner and trainig my muscle groups seperately instead of a full body workout everynight are there any mucsles i need to work on more that others from the pictures? ![]() ![]() ![]() |

THESE SHOULD GIVE YOU A GOOD BASIS AND HELP YOU LEARN HOW TO CONTROL THE WEIGHTS CORECTLY. YOU CAN FIND HOW TO DO THESE TECHNIQUES IN THE TRAINING TECHNIQUE SECTION. YOU MAY WANT TO SPLIT YOU BODY PART UP ALSO |
