![]() ![]() ![]() | My Program Ok so with the help of Big and Jimmy I have started a new training program this week, it basically involves a 3 day split with a pull/push/leg split. It is mainly a strength focus as the American Football season is coming up, but I am eating more than I have ever before in order to gain a bit of size too I am mainly going to measure my progress through strength gains so I will put my lift numbers up and ill also add some pictures (when I can get my flamin comp to work!) Ok so my lifts currently are...... Deadlift - 1X175 or 3X165 Squat - 1x170 (Thighs Parallel) Bench - 1x127.5 (Touch chest but no pause)or 10@100kg (Typical American Football test) Pronated Chin Ups - max 16 or 5x BW+20kg Bodyweight = 82kg BF%= Around 10-13 depending on the day! I've never had an online record or pictures of me but there is a first time for everything! Anyway I will post up my progress from time to time. Oh and what would be realistic targets and time frame to improve the numbers in those lifts? James W |

![]() ![]() ![]() | Re: My Program This is the first time i have ever put pictures up for opinion but hey its got to be done sometime I guess!! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I have never posed for shots before so excuse how rubbish most of the poses are! Also I didnt have anyone to take them hence not always at the best zoom etc!! I'd appreciate some honest comments (including constructive criticism). Im generally happy with the way I look, I think I could lose some fat however the pre-season will probably do that for me! I also ate a lot of carbs that day so looking a bit more bloated than normal. (excuses eh! )James W |
